OUR MISSION

We help companies develop, improve and manufacture technical components through 3D printing, CNC machining, reverse engineering, metallurgy support and a carefully selected global supplier network.

Our role is to bridge the gap between the customer and the right manufacturer — ensuring reliable execution, competitive pricing and a manufacturing solution suited to the specific part, material and process.

Our ambition is to become one of Central Europe’s most trusted partners for machined, 3D printed and technically demanding industrial components.

manufacturing

3D Printing Solutions

We specialize in metal 3D printing using LPBF technology, as well as 3D printing of plastic and other engineering material through SLS, SLA, and FDM processes.
Our experience covers precision jewellery, bespoke metal cutlery for various Michelin restaurants, and functional components for demanding engineering applications like marine engines, aerospace lightweight components, bushings, ...

MAnufacturing

CNC Machining Solutions

We provide CNC machining of complex prototype, small-batch and larger-series components from forged, rolled and cast steel, as well as aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and other engineering materials.

Our offer includes fully machined parts with heat and surface treatments such as hardening and tempering, vacuum, induction, flame or laser hardening, nitriding, hard chrome plating and ceramic coating.

Production is carried out using conventional and CNC machines for horizontal and vertical turning, milling, boring, grinding and honing operations.

Global Supplier Network

We work with a carefully selected network of manufacturing suppliers across Slovenia, Central Europe, China and Hong Kong. This allows us to choose the best-fit production route for each project based on material, complexity, tolerance, lead time and cost.

For urgent projects, we rely on local and regional partners to achieve short delivery times and fast communication. For cost-sensitive or highly specialized components, we can also source production from trusted Asian suppliers while managing the technical communication, quality requirements and supplier coordination.

Our role is to bridge the gap between the customer and the right manufacturer — ensuring reliable execution, competitive pricing and a manufacturing solution suited to the specific part.

R&D

Part Development & Reverse Engineering

We help customers recreate, improve and manufacture components from existing parts, damaged samples, sketches, photos or technical drawings. Through reverse engineering, including 3D scanning, manual measurement, CAD modelling and technical documentation, we prepare parts for prototyping and final production while selecting the most suitable manufacturing route.

Metallurgy

Molten Metal Filtration & Non-Metallic Inclusions

We help companies improve melt quality through the selection of ceramic filters, molten metal cleaning, and identification of non-metallic inclusions for various metal alloys.

Based on research and practical industrial experience, we support foundries in reducing material defects, stabilizing the casting process, and improving product quality in conventional and especially CONTINUOUS casting.

We also provide support with process implementation and distribution of ceramic filters for molten metal filtration.
